The Marketing Plan

  • 3.1. Price

    The Suggested Retail Price (SRP) is the price at which a distributor sells a product to his/her customer. It is computed at 20% to 30% on top of the Distributor Price (DP). Distributor Price (DP) is the price at which a distributor buys from DLC. Payout Value (POV) will depend on the factory price DLC buys from the manufacturer. Due to DLC’s unchanging commitment to provide the best quality products, some catalogued products will have higher factory price. Because of this, the POV will be lower than the DP to enable us to payout the bonuses based on our marketing plan. Some catalogued products may only have very low to no retail profit.

    DLC requires all distributors involved in our program to service ten (10) to twenty (20) customers every month. DLC distributors should know how to differentiate customers from distributors. Do not just sign up customers so that they can buy products at wholesale price. We expect every DLC distributor to be good in doing retail sales. This is why we require all distributors in all levels to maintain activity by doing a personal volume of 40 PV to be considered active and be able to receive overrides and/or other bonuses. We want all distributors to be strong in retailing.   • 3.2. Semi-Monthly Bonus And Override Bonus

    The Semi-Monthly Bonus is calculated based on the Pay Out Value (POV) of the products and the percentage is based on the level of the total Group Point Value (GPV) a distributor has accumulated during the cycle. The higher the cycle PV achieved, the higher the percentage will be used to calculate the Semi-Monthly Bonus. This DLC bonus is based not only on the Distributor’s personal purchase but also includes all purchases made by all non-manager distributors under his/her organization. The difference in percentage between his/her Semi-Monthly Bonus and his/her active direct downlines’ Semi-Monthly Bonus will be the Override Bonus.


    • 3.2.1. Semi-Monthly Bonus Structure:

      The value of 1 PV will be set based on the GDP of each country. For example, in North America 1 PV may be equivalent to US$1 while in Taiwan it may be equivalent to NT$33.

    • 3.2.2. Bonus Structure

      The bonuses of distributors are structured in the following levels: 0%, 6%, 15%, 21% and 24%.

      • THE 0% Distributor:
        • Not qualified to claim any Semi-Monthly Bonus.
      • THE 6% Distributor:
        • is qualified for 6% bonus on all personal sales volume based on POV.
        • is qualified for 6% Override Bonus on all personally sponsored 0% distributors’ group sales volume.
        • is qualified for 0% Override Bonus on all personally sponsored 6% distributors’ group sales volume.
        • must be active by maintaining 40 PV personal sales volume from DLC-branded products for the cycle to receive Semi-Monthly bonus and any overriding bonus/es.
        • will remain at this level even if their weekly volume falls below 500 PV. There is no reversion at this level.
        • the first time a distributor qualifies for 250 PV personal in a cycle, he/she will be allowed to sign up two direct distributorships under his original distributorship in his name. The maximum distributorships under one name is five (5) distributorships.
      • THE 15% Distributor:
        • is qualified for 15% bonus on all personal sales volume based on POV.
        • is qualified for 15% Override Bonus on all personally sponsored 0% distributors’ group sales volume.
        • is qualified for 9% Override Bonus on all personally sponsored 6% distributors’ group sales volume.
        • is qualified for 0% Override Bonus on all personally sponsored 15% distributors’ group sales volume.
        • must be active by maintaining 40 PV personal sales volume from DLC-branded products for the cycle to receive Semi-Monthly bonus and any overriding bonus/es.
        • will revert every week starting at the 6% level.
      • THE 21% Distributor:
        • is qualified for 21% bonus on all personal sales volume based on POV.
        • is qualified for 21% Override Bonus on all personally sponsored 0% distributors’ group sales volume.
        • is qualified for 15% Override Bonus on all personally sponsored 6% distributors’ group sales volume.
        • is qualified for 6% Override Bonus on all personally sponsored 15% distributors’ group sales volume.
        • is qualified for 0% Override Bonus on all personally sponsored 21% distributors’ group sales volume.
        • must be active by maintaining 40 PV personal sales volume from DLC-branded products for the cycle to receive Semi-Monthly bonus and any overriding bonus/es.
        • will revert every week starting at the 6% level.
      • THE 24% Distributor (Gold Manager or Silver Manager):
        • is qualified for 24% bonus on all personal sales volume based on POV.
        • is qualified for 24% Override Bonus on all personally sponsored 0% distributors’ group sales volume.
        • is qualified for 18% Override Bonus on all personally sponsored 6% distributors’ group sales volume.
        • is qualified for 9% Override Bonus on all personally sponsored 15% distributors’ group sales volume.
        • is qualified for 3% Override Bonus on all personally sponsored 21% distributors’ group sales volume.
        • is qualified for 0% Override Bonus on all personally sponsored Gold Manager’s group sales volume or Silver Manager’s group sales volume.
        • must be active by maintaining 40 PV personal sales volume from DLC-branded products for the cycle to receive Semi-Monthly bonus and any overriding bonus/es.
        • will revert every week starting at the 6% level.
    • 3.2.3. EXPLANATION:
      • 3.2.3.1. The 6%, 15%, 21% and 24% levels are based on the PV achieved for the cycle.
      • 3.2.3.2. Bonuses are calculated based on the POV (tax excluded) as declared by the Company.
      • 3.2.3.3. Positions of all distributors at 6%, 15%, 21% and 24% will not be by-passed by any distributor in his/her sponsored group.
      • 3.2.3.4. The Silver Manager:
        • 3.2.3.4.1. Any distributor who can break off a 24% line that does at least 4000 PV total sales volume for the cycle but is not able to maintain a non-manager group sales volume of at least 4000 PV for the same cycle.
        • 3.2.3.4.2. must be active by maintaining 40 PV personal sales volume for the cycle from DLC-branded products to receive their Override Bonus.
        • 3.2.3.4.3. cannot be used to qualify for Semi-Monthly profit sharing.
      • 3.2.3.5. The Gold Manager:
        • 3.2.3.5.1. Any distributor who does at least 4000 PV total sales volume for the cycle of which 40 PV is personal sales from DLC-branded products.
        • 3.2.3.5.2. Any distributor who can break off a 24% line that does at least 4000 PV total sales volume for the cycle and also maintains a non-manager group sales volume of at least 4000 PV for the same cycle of which 40 PV is personal sales from DLC-branded products.
        • 3.2.3.5.3. Any distributor who can break off two (2) 24% lines that does at least 4000 PV total sales volume for the cycle and also maintains a non-manager group sales volume of at least 500 PV for the same cycle of which 40 PV is personal sales from DLC-branded products.
        • 3.2.3.5.4. Any distributor who can break off three (3) or more 24% lines that does at least 4000 PV total sales volume for the cycle, shall enjoy the benefit of zero (0) PV group requirement for the same cycle with 40 PV as personal sales from DLC-branded products.
        • 3.2.3.5.5. can qualify for Semi-Monthly profit sharing.
      • 3.2.3.6. To qualify for Overriding Bonuses from sponsored groups, the 6%, 15%, 21% and 24% distributor must meet the required 40 PV purchase each cycle as set up in our DLC Policy to be classified as Active Distributors. DLC encourages distributors to put emphasis on personal retailing and personal use in order to have a healthy DLC business.
      • 3.2.3.7. Bonus checks will be available on the twelfth (12th) day following the cut-off of product sales. The bonus checks, upon instruction, can be:
        • 3.2.3.7.1. remitted to the said Distributor’s bank account through Automatic Bank Transfer. A distributor can utilize their existing Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) bank account or open one. DLC will automatically transfer the Semi-Monthly volume bonus to the Distributor’s bank account. Note that the Distributor has to make sure the bank account information is correct. BPI is not the same as BPI Family Bank. For the Volume Bonus Recap, distributors can view and print them from the DLC website.
        • 3.2.3.7.2. claimed from the Head Office or Product Centers. The Company will issue a Volume Bonus check and the Distributor will have to claim the check from the Head Office or Product Centers.
      • 3.2.3.8. 0%, 6%, 15%, 21%, 24% distributors will not be able to receive any Override Bonus on any distributor who is at the same level in their sponsored group. However, they will qualify to receive PV from such sources for move-up purposes.
      • 3.2.3.9. There is a no reversion clause at the 6% level but there is a cycle reversion to 6% at the 15%, 21% and 24% levels.
  • 3.3. Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Bonus
    • All Gold Managers can qualify for our Semi-Monthly profit sharing program defined as follows:
    • 3.3.1. Gold Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Manager Bonus
      • 3.3.1.1. A distributor qualifies for the Gold Weekly Profit Sharing Manager Bonus when a distributor does at least 4000 PV from non-manager group total sales volume for the cycle of which 40 PV is personal sales from DLC-branded products.
      • 3.3.1.2. The Gold Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Manager Bonus will be 10% of the total national sales volume paid at POV equally divided by the total number of qualifiers for the Gold Weekly Profit Sharing Manager Bonus.
      • 3.3.1.3. Qualifiers for the Gold Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Manager Bonus will be guaranteed with an income of at least Ten Thousand Pesos (Php 10,000.00) in the qualifying cycle.
      • 3.3.1.4. International Distributors who accumulate at least 4000 PV from non-manager group total sales volume for the cycle in the local country can qualify for the Gold Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Manager Bonus provided that the International Distributor had 40 PV as personal sales from DLC-branded products in their Home Base two (2) cycles before the qualifying cycle in the local country.

    • 3.3.2. Level 1 Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Manager Bonus
      • 3.3.2.1. A distributor qualifies for the Level 1 Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Manager Bonus when a distributor does at least 4000 PV from non-manager group total sales volume for the cycle of which 40 PV is personal sales from DLC-branded products and breaks off one (1) or more lines that qualifies for our Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Bonus.
      • 3.3.2.2. Level 1 Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Manager Bonus will be 6% of the total national sales volume paid at POV equally divided by the total number of qualifiers for the Level 1 Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Manager Bonus.
      • 3.3.2.3. Level 1 Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Manager also qualifies for Gold Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Manager Bonus.
      • 3.3.2.4. International Managers who qualify in the Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Bonus in their Home Base two (2) cycles before the local line's qualifying cycle and break off one (1) or more local lines that qualifies for the Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Bonus, also qualify for Level 1 Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Manager Bonus. To qualify for the Gold Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Manager Bonus, the International Manager must qualify the requirements stated in 3.3.1.4.
    • 3.3.3. Level 2 Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Manager Bonus
      • 3.3.3.1. A distributor qualifies for the Level 2 Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Manager Bonus when a distributor does at least 500 PV from non-manager group total sales volume for the cycle of which 40 PV is personal sales from DLC-branded products and breaks off two (2) or more lines that qualifies for our Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Bonus.
      • 3.3.3.2. Level 2 Weekly Profit Sharing Manager Bonus will be 5% of the total national sales volume paid at POV equally divided by the total number of qualifiers for the Level 2 Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Manager Bonus.
      • 3.3.3.3. Level 2 Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Manager also qualifies for Level 1 Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Manager Bonus.
      • 3.3.3.4. Level 2 Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Manager who does at least 4000 PV from non-manager group total sales volume for the cycle of which 40 PV is personal sales from DLC-branded products, also qualifies for the Gold Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Manager Bonus.
      • 3.3.3.5. Level 2 Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Managers who does at least 2000 PV but not 4000 PV from non-manager group total sales volume for the cycle of which 40 PV is personal sales from DLC-branded products, can qualify for fifty percent (50%) of the Gold Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Manager Bonus.
      • 3.3.3.6. International Managers who qualify in the Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Bonus in their Home Base two (2) cycles before the local lines' qualifying cycle and break off two (2) or more lines that qualify for the Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Bonus, at least one of which is a local line, also qualify for Level 2 Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Manager Bonus. They also qualify for Level 1 Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Manager Bonus. To qualify for the Gold Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Manager Bonus in full, the International Manager must qualify the requirements stated in 3.3.1.4.
      • 3.3.3.7. International Managers who qualify for Level 2 Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Manager Bonus and above in the local country and accumulate at least 2000 PV but less than 4000 PV from non-manager group total sales volume for the cycle in the local country can qualify for fifty percent (50%) of the Gold Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Manager Bonus provided that the International Manager had qualified in the Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Bonus in their Home Base two (2) cycles before the local lines' qualifying week.
    • 3.3.4. Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Points (SMPSP). SMPSP is computed at the sum of the following:
      • 3.3.4.1. 8 points for every first generation Active Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Manager qualified for the program.
      • 3.3.4.2. 4 points for every second generation Active Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Manager qualified for the program.
      • 3.3.4.3. 2 points for every third generation Active Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Manager qualified for the program.
      • 3.3.4.4. 1 point for every fourth generation Active Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Manager qualified for the program.
      • 3.3.4.5. 1 point for every fifth generation Active Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Manager qualified for the program.
    • 3.3.5 Level 3 Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Manager Bonus
      • 3.3.5.1. A distributor qualifies for the Level 3 Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Manager Bonus when a distributor does at least 40 PV as personal sales from DLC-branded products and breaks off three (3) or more lines that qualifies for our Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Bonus.
      • 3.3.5.2. Level 3 Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Manager Bonus will be 5% of the total national sales volume paid at POV divided by the total SMPSP of all qualifiers for Level 3 Weekly Profit Sharing Manager Bonus multiplied by the SMPSP of the distributor.
      • 3.3.5.3. Level 3 Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Manager also qualifies for Level 2 and Level 1 Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Manager Bonus.
      • 3.3.5.4. Level 3 Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Manager who does at least 4000 PV from non-manager group total sales volume for the cycle of which 40 PV is personal sales from DLC-branded products, also qualifies for the Gold Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Manager Bonus.
      • 3.3.5.5. Level 3 Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Managers who does at least 2000 PV but not 4000 PV from non-manager group total sales volume for the cycle of which 40 PV is personal sales from DLC-branded products, can qualify for fifty percent (50%) of the Gold Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Manager Bonus.
      • 3.3.5.6. International Managers who qualify in the Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Bonus in their Home Base two (2) cycles before the local lines' qualifying cycle and break off three (3) or more lines that qualify for the Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Bonus, at least one of which is a local line, also qualify for Level 3 Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Manager Bonus. They also qualify for Level 2 and Level 1 Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Manager Bonus. To qualify for the Gold Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Manager Bonus, the International Manager must qualify the requirements stated in 3.3.1.4 or 3.3.3.7.
    • 3.3.6 Level 4 Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Manager Bonus
      • 3.3.6.1. A distributor qualifies for the Level 4 Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Manager Bonus when a distributor does at least 40 PV as personal sales from DLC-branded products and breaks off four (4) or more lines that qualifies for our Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Bonus.
      • 3.3.6.2. Level 4 Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Manager Bonus will be 1.5% of the total national sales volume paid at POV divided by the total SMPSP of all qualifiers for Level 4 Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Manager Bonus multiplied by the SMPSP of the distributor.
      • 3.3.6.3. Level 4 Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Manager also qualifies for Level 3, Level 2 and Level 1 Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Manager Bonus.
      • 3.3.6.4. Level 4 Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Manager who does at least 4000 PV from non-manager group total sales volume for the cycle of which 40 PV is personal sales from DLC-branded products, also qualifies for the Gold Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Manager Bonus.
      • 3.3.6.5. Level 4 Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Managers who does at least 2000 PV but not 4000 PV from non-manager group total sales volume for the week of which 40 PV is personal sales from DLC-branded products, can qualify for fifty percent (50%) of the Gold Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Manager Bonus.
      • 3.3.6.6. International Managers who qualify in the Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Bonus in their Home Base two (2) cycles before the local lines' qualifying cycle and break off four (4) or more lines that qualify for the Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Bonus, at least one of which is a local line, also qualify for Level 4 Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Manager Bonus. They also qualify for Level 3, Level 2 and Level 1 Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Manager Bonus. To qualify for the Gold Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Manager Bonus, the International Manager must qualify the requirements stated in 3.3.1.4 or 3.3.3.7.
  • 3.4. Qualifications to receive Semi-Monthly Overrides and Profit Sharing Manager Bonuses
      • 3.4.1. Any 6%, 15%, 21%, 24% distributor (Pushed-up or Recognized Manager) and above who fails to purchase 40 PV from DLC-branded products for the qualifying cycle is not entitled to receive any Override Bonus generated from the sales volume created by other distributors or managers under the same sponsor group for that cycle or qualify for the Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Bonus.
      • 3.4.2. A Distributor who is required to do the personal sales requirement of 40 PV from DLC-branded products but fails to do so and was not able to qualify to receive the bonus for that cycle, shall be entitled to obtain the bonuses in the cycle that he/she meets the requirements. This privilege shall not have retroactive effect to previous bonuses.
      • 3.4.3. When a first generation manager becomes inactive, any active manager under his/her network will be considered as the active first generation manager.
      • 3.4.4. All 6% and above distributors will qualify to receive all the said bonuses if they can maintain the terms set in the Company’s International Sponsoring Policy in every territory or country where they do business. They do not need to maintain the 40 PV in other International markets to be considered active. They must be active in their Home Base and be at the same level in our marketing plan or Recognized Manager and above for the cycle to receive the Override or qualify for the Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Manager Bonus.
      • 3.4.5. All PV and sales volume will be calculated on a Semi-Monthly cycle basis (i.e., one cycle is from 1-15 and another cycle 16-end of the month).
  • 3.5. Quarterly Profit Sharing Manager Bonuses and Pins
    • 3.5.1. Quarterly Profit Sharing Bonus Pay Out Program

      DLC will pay out 8% of the company’s quarterly sales at POV as Quarterly Profit Sharing Bonus upon reaching the National Sales Target (NST) of Twelve Million Quarterly POV. Qualification requirement: All Quarterly Profit Sharing Managers must qualify for the Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Bonus at least five (5) cycles in the three (3) months period, need not be consecutive.

      • 3.5.1.1. What is the qualifying period for the Quarterly Profit Sharing?

        Qualifying for our Quarterly Profit Sharing Bonus is from Cycle 1 to Cycle 6 (January to March), Cycle 7 to Cycle 12 (April to June), Cycle 13 to Cycle 18 (July to September), Cycle 19 to Cycle 24 (October to December).
      • 3.5.1.2. Quarterly Profit Sharing Manager (8%)

        Super 4000 QPSM= 24% x 5 cycles= 3%
        Level 2 QPSM= 2 Managers at 24% x 5 cycles= 2%
        Level 3 QPSM= 3 Managers at 24% x 5 cycles= 2%
        Level 4 QPSM= 4 Managers at 24% x 5 cycles= 1%
      • 3.5.1.3. Super 4000 QPSM 3%. Any 24% and above distributor who does at least 4000 PV from non-manager group total sales volume for the cycle of which 40 PV is personal sales from DLC-branded products and qualifies for the Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Bonus at least five (5) cycles in the Quarterly Profit Sharing period using proper MLM principles is considered a Super 4000 QPSM. The 3% of the Quarterly POV will be divided equally among those who qualify.
      • 3.5.1.4. Level 2 QPSM 2%. The share a leader will receive is dependent on his/her Profit Sharing Points (PSP) plus 30% of the PSP of his/her 1st Generation Active Quarterly Profit Sharing Managers qualified for the program. The PSP is the sum of the Personal Point Value (PPV: Personal Sales PV) and the Group Point Value (GPV: Group Sales PV of all personally sponsored Distributors below 24%) of the PSM for the Profit Sharing Period. The 2% of the Quarterly POV will be divided equally among those who qualify.
      • 3.5.1.5. Level 3 QPSM 2%. The share a leader will receive is dependent on his/her Profit Sharing Points (PSP) plus 30% of the PSP of all of his/her 1st Generation Active Quarterly Profit Sharing Managers qualified for the program plus 10% of the PSP of all active second generation Quarterly Profit Sharing Managers and below (infinity). The 2% of the Quarterly POV will be divided equally among those who qualify.
      • 3.5.1.6. Level 4 QPSM 1%. The share a leader will receive is dependent on his/her Profit Sharing Points (PSP) plus 30% of the PSP of all of his/her 1st Generation Active Quarterly Profit Sharing Managers qualified for the program plus 10% of the PSP of all active second generation Quarterly Profit Sharing Managers and below (infinity). The 1% of the Quarterly POV will be divided equally among those who qualify.
      • 3.5.1.7. The Quarterly Profit Sharing Program is a benefit designed for leaders who can build a strong, healthy and stable network. Retailing and sponsoring of new distributors are the keys to enjoy the Quarterly Profit Sharing Bonuses. DLC reserves the right to make adjustments.
    • 3.5.2. Quarterly Profit Sharing Pin Recognition
      • 3.5.2.1. In recognition of the achievements and impressive leadership qualities of distributors, the Company will award DLC pins to eligible Managers and Profit Sharing Managers. These pins should be worn proudly to symbolize the hard work and leadership qualities of these distributors.
      • 3.5.2.2. A Pin Manager can proudly wear the pin he/she had been awarded even if his/her organization no longer qualifies for the sales requirement for that pin.
      • 3.5.2.3. In order to qualify for Recognized Manager, Profit Sharing Manager, Pearl Profit Sharing Manager, Ruby Profit Sharing Manager, Emerald Profit Sharing Manager, Sapphire Profit Sharing Manager and Diamond Profit Sharing Manager Pins, he/she should comply with the guidelines as explained in our Company Policy.
      • 3.5.2.4. Whoever qualifies for the profit sharing pin must take the initiative to confirm the eligible line/s by submitting a Profit Sharing Pin Confirmation Form within fifteen (15) days after the cut-off of the qualifying period to be awarded the pins during the rally.
      • 3.5.2.5. Business Builder Manager Pin. Any 24% and above distributor who qualifies for the Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Bonus at least five (5) cycles in the Quarterly Profit Sharing period using proper MLM principles is considered a Business Builder (BB) Manager. A first time Business Builder must submit a Confirmation Form to the Company and upon confirmation, he/she will be awarded a Gold pin during the Quarterly Profit Sharing Rally.
      • 3.5.2.6. Level 1 Profit Sharing Manager Pin. Any manager who qualifies for the Level 1 Quarterly Profit Sharing Manager for two (2) consecutive Quarterly Profit Sharing Periods must submit a Quarterly Profit Sharing Confirmation Form and, after the validation of the company, will become a Recognized Level 1 Profit Sharing Manager and awarded a Gold Profit Sharing Manager pin at the Recognition Rally. (Note that the qualifying managers must be the same persons for the duration of the qualifying period).
      • 3.5.2.7. Super Level 1 Profit Sharing Manager Pin. Any manager who qualifies for the Super Level 1 Quarterly Profit Sharing Manager for four (4) consecutive Profit Sharing Periods within the calendar year must submit a Quarterly Profit Sharing Confirmation Form and, after the validation of the company, will become a Recognized Level 1 Super Profit Sharing Manager and awarded a Platinum Profit Sharing Manager pin during the Recognition Rally. (Note that the qualifying managers must be the same persons for the duration of the qualifying period).
      • 3.5.2.8. Level 2 Profit Sharing Pearl Manager Pin. Any manager who qualifies for the Level 2 Quarterly Profit Sharing Manager for two (2) consecutive Quarterly Profit Sharing Periods must submit a Quarterly Profit Sharing Confirmation Form and, after the validation of the company, will become a Recognized Level 2 Profit Sharing Manager and awarded a Gold Profit Sharing Manager with Pearl pin at the Recognition Rally. (Note that the qualifying managers must be the same persons for the duration of the qualifying period).
      • 3.5.2.9. Super Level 2 Profit Sharing Pearl Manager Pin. Any manager who qualifies for the Super Level 2 Quarterly Profit Sharing Manager for four (4) consecutive Profit Sharing Periods within the calendar year must submit a Quarterly Profit Sharing Confirmation Form and, after the validation of the company, will become a Recognized Level 2 Super Profit Sharing Manager and awarded a Platinum Profit Sharing Manager with Pearls pin during the Recognition Rally. (Note that the qualifying managers must be the same persons for the duration of the qualifying period).
      • 3.5.2.10. Level 3 Profit Sharing Ruby Manager Pin. Any manager who qualifies for the Level 3 Quarterly Profit Sharing Manager for two (2) consecutive Quarterly Profit Sharing Periods must submit a Quarterly Profit Sharing Confirmation Form and, after the validation of the company, will become a Recognized Level 3 Profit Sharing Manager and awarded a Gold Profit Sharing Manager with Ruby pin at the Recognition Rally. (Note that the qualifying managers must be the same persons for the duration of the qualifying period).

        The ruby is a red-hot gemstone, we encourage you to remain red-hot and help DLC motivate other people, as managers at this level are the most excited.
      • 3.5.2.11. Super Level 3 Profit Sharing Ruby Manager Pin. Any manager who qualifies for the Super Level 3 Quarterly Profit Sharing Manager for four (4) consecutive Profit Sharing Periods within the calendar year must submit a Quarterly Profit Sharing Confirmation Form and, after the validation of the company, will become a Recognized Level 3 Super Profit Sharing Manager and awarded a Platinum Profit Sharing Manager with Rubies pin during the Recognition Rally. (Note that the qualifying managers must be the same persons for the duration of the qualifying period).
      • 3.5.2.12. Level 6 Profit Sharing Emerald Manager Pin. Any manager who qualifies for the Level 6 Quarterly Profit Sharing Manager for two (2) consecutive Quarterly Profit Sharing Periods must submit a Quarterly Profit Sharing Confirmation Form and, after the validation of the company, will become a Recognized Level 6 Profit Sharing Manager and awarded a Gold Profit Sharing Manager with Emerald pin at the Recognition Rally. (Note that the qualifying managers must be the same persons for the duration of the qualifying period).

        Why a green gem stone at this level? This is to remind you to be humble and have a good learning attitude. Do not think you now know everything and stop learning. Keep on improving yourself to be a better person. Proud people are people who feel insecure.
      • 3.5.2.13. Super Level 6 Profit Sharing Emerald Manager Pin.       • 3.5.2.14. Level 9 Profit Sharing Sapphire Manager Pin. Any manager who qualifies for the Level 9 Quarterly Profit Sharing Manager for two (2) consecutive Quarterly Profit Sharing Periods must submit a Quarterly Profit Sharing Confirmation Form and, after the validation of the company, will become a Recognized Level 9 Profit Sharing Manager and awarded a Gold Profit Sharing Manager with Sapphire pin at the Recognition Rally. (Note that the qualifying managers must be the same persons for the duration of the qualifying period).

      • 3.5.2.16. Level 12 Profit Sharing Diamond Manager Pin. Any manager who qualifies for the Level 12 Quarterly Profit Sharing Manager for two (2) consecutive Quarterly Profit Sharing Periods must submit a Quarterly Profit Sharing Confirmation Form and, after the validation of the company, will become a Recognized Level 12 Profit Sharing Manager and awarded a Gold Profit Sharing Manager with Diamond pin at the Recognition Rally. (Note that the qualifying managers must be the same persons for the duration of the qualifying period).

      • 3.5.2.17. Super Level 12 Profit Sharing Diamond Manager Pin. Any manager who qualifies for the Super Level 12 Quarterly Profit Sharing Manager for four (4) consecutive Profit Sharing Periods within the calendar year must submit a Quarterly Profit Sharing Confirmation Form and, after the validation of the company, will become a Recognized Level 12 Super Profit Sharing Manager and awarded a Platinum Profit Sharing Manager with Diamonds pin during the Recognition Rally. (Note that the qualifying managers must be the same persons for the duration of the qualifying period).
  • 3.6. Travel Seminar
    • 3.6.1. DLC believes that there is only one way to do MLM which is not restricted by territory, race or religion. Because of this, we believe that there is a need to gather distributors from all over the world to systematically train them in the business of MLM.
    • 3.6.2. Being an international MLM enterprise, DLC should operate like an international chain store. The operation in every country should follow the Standard Operating Procedure set by the Executive Committee of the Headquarters. Thus, all DLC distributors will find it easier to fit in any country. Everything should be the same from the marketing strategies, to the way the marketing plan is being presented, to how the trainings are being conducted, and even the way rallies are being held.
    • 3.6.3. Qualifications for the Annual Overseas Travel Seminar
      • 3.6.3.1. Distributors must comply with the proper MLM principles and should diligently adhere to the DLC Company Policy.
      • 3.6.3.2. First time qualifiers
        • 3.6.3.2.1. The Distributor must qualify for twenty-four (24) cycles in our Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Program in the calendar year and breaks off one (1) or more lines under him that qualifies for twenty-four (24) cycles (note that the qualifying manager must be the same person for the duration of the qualifying period) in our Semi-Monthly Profit Sharing Program to be entitled to a five-day, four-night Overseas Travel Seminar for one (1) person, or
        • 3.6.3.2.2. The Distributor must qualify for four (4) quarters of Quarterly Profit Sharing Manager Level 2 in the calendar year to be entitled to a five-day, four-night Overseas Travel Seminar for husband and wife. (Note that the qualifying managers must be the same persons for the duration of the qualifying period).
      • 3.6.3.3. Second time qualifiers
        • The Distributor must qualify for four (4) quarters of Quarterly Profit Sharing Manager Level 2 in the calendar year to be entitled to a five-day, four-night Overseas Travel Seminar for husband and wife. (Note that the qualifying managers must be the same persons for the duration of the qualifying period).
      • 3.6.3.4. Third time qualifiers onwards
        • The Distributor must qualify four (4) quarters of Quarterly Profit Sharing Manager Level 3 in the calendar year to be entitled to a five-day, four-night Overseas Travel Seminar for husband and wife. (Note that the qualifying managers must be the same persons for the duration of the qualifying period).
      • 3.6.3.5. In the event a qualifier engages in any activity detrimental to the purpose or image of DLC during an overseas trip, the Company reserves the right to disqualify him/her from attending Travel Seminars in the future.
    • 3.6.4. Annual Overseas Travel Seminar Guidelines
      • 3.6.4.1. The location will be a resort in a foreign country in your region unless your country is designated as the host country.
      • 3.6.4.2. The Travel Seminar will normally be a five-day and four-night event.
      • 3.6.4.3. All qualified Super Sapphire PSMs and above of the qualifying calendar year will fly Business Class and stay in a deluxe hotel suite room during the whole trip.
      • 3.6.4.4. All qualified attendees’ ticketing, hotel room booking, upgrading and other details will be handled by the Company; otherwise, the Distributor will have forfeited this privilege. Distributors who are awarded with this program cannot upgrade their airline tickets or hotel rooms at their own expense including mileage program upgrade by airline companies.
      • 3.6.4.5. Qualifiers of the Annual Overseas Travel Seminar are normally not allowed to bring along their children. However, in some cases where they are allowed to come along, DLC cannot provide invitation letters for visa application for the children nor will they be allowed to attend the meetings or the meal functions regardless of age. Note that all expenses for the additional person(s) will be in the account of the distributor.
      • 3.6.4.6. Qualifiers must confirm in writing their Overseas Travel Seminar Qualifications on or before January 31 after the cut-off period. Failure to do so would mean forfeiture of the incentive.
